Looking for a Mother’s Day Gift…… Why not treat them to a Spa Day?

Hi everyone.

I am going to be doing a series of posts on suggestions for what to buy for your Mum or Nan for a Mothers’ Day Gift. If you are a Father to young kid/s reading this then you must also buy a gift for your beloved partner/wife for Mother’s Day on behalf of the little ones…I think it is obligatory. At least that is what I’ve told my Husband. 🙂

My first suggestion is a Luxury Spa Break!!!  Yes…please. 🙂

This isn’t a sponsored post but I am letting you know about this website because I was approached by Andrew at Luxury-Spa-Breaks.com as he thought that you, my lovely readers, would like to know about his website.  As I agree you might be interested in booking a Spa Day,  I thought I’d introduce you to the website.  The site is easy to navigate and there is lots of info on each spa venue. Spa days are one of those treats that would make perfect gifts for people in your life. Be it a present for Mother’s Day, Christmas, a Birthday or even a Wedding. The sentiment of booking the day or break for the recipient is sure to be appreciated. You could always have a browse through the site and treat yourself to a day of pampering!

I also think that a Spa Day would make a great gift for a mum-to-be or a new mum as it could be booked for a date in the future and it will give them something fun to look forward to. A day when they can escape the baby food on their clothes and nappy changing every few hours. I love my daughter so much, and I can’t imagine a day without her, but being a Mum does make you so tired and a day full of pampering does sound appealing. I think a day like that would be appreciated by most Mums. One of my friends recently went on a Spa Day and she had so much fun! I think it the idea of having all those indulgent treatments and having the chance to relax that appeals to me most.

Luxury-Spa-Breaks.com is an online spa booking agent who only works with the UK’s best and most luxurious Spas. Andrew says that unlike some other online spa booking agents he aims to work with no more than 70 spas. Andrew says that this is so he can give his customers and the spas themselves a high level of attention and detail. I do like it when you get good customer service so this sounds great.

At the moment they are working with around 35 Spas and these include the whole Von Essen group, Barcelo Premium, Chewton Glen, Armathwaite Hall, Celtic Manor, Stobo Castle, Hoar Cross Hall, Wyndham Grand Harbour, Sofitel, Ragdale Hall and Castlemartyr Resort (in Ireland). In addition they are the sole partners of the award-winning Eastthorpe Hall in Yorkshire. Andrew has said that not all the spas have been uploaded to the site yet…so if you have any enquiries he is more than happy to help you. If you would like to contact him please click here.

Personally I’ve never been lucky enough to go on a Spa day but they sound like good fun. If you take a look at the website Luxury-Spa-Breaks.com you are sure to find a Spa that the Mum in your life would love to visit. The website is said  to be an ‘online collection of the UK’s most prestigious, exclusive and luxurious spas.’ Sounds a bit posh! Just the right tone for a Mother’s day gift, I think! The website also says that they ‘are the premium choice for luxury spa breaks, luxury spa hotels, luxury spa days and luxury spa weekends, as well as catering for your celebration spa requirements by hand-picking the finest luxury spas for the ultimate in relaxation and comfort.’ It sounds like the website will be able to help you sort out the perfect Spa day or package for your loved one.  .
