Review of a luxury bar of chocolate from The Chocolate Library.Great gift!

They say a ‘picture speaks a thousand words’ so I shall let you look at my pictures of my latest review product first…..
Well…what more can I say really?! The photos say it all.
This beautifully presented bar of chocolate was sent to me by The Chocolate Library to review for My Mummy Reviews. I picked out this bar which says ‘ To The Best Friend In The World’ as I wanted to give it to my friend as a gift. I knew she would love the wording but I had no idea that the bar would be so luxuriously packaged. I was very impressed!
I never tried the chocolate  myself…as tempting as it was when I was taking photos of it…but my friend has said to me that it was delicious and creamy. She said it was very nice chocolate and she really appreciated the effort that had gone into turning the bar of chocolate into a very special gift.
My friend knew it was chocolate for review purposes so she was aware that I had to take photos of it before she could eat it. I just can’t believe I actually had the will-power to stop myself eating it!! If I had of kept it for myself then I would have firstly felt very guilty and then I would have felt very spoilt eating this beautifully gift packaged chocolate.
My suggestion is that The Chocolate Library should now start to also sell cheaper bars with boring packaging. This way you could buy yourself a bar of non-extravagant chocolate at the same time as buying someone special a luxury chocolate gift.  Then you can eat the plain bar yourself and not be tempted to devour the chocolate gift you have lovingly chosen for someone special!
The Chocolate Library sell personalised and non-personalised bars of chocolate.  The one I received is a non-personalised one and costs £3.95.  The personalised gift bars cost just £1 extra at £4.95.
When I first saw the bars on the site I will admit I did think £3.95 plus £2.45 for P+P was a bit expensive for just a bar of chocolate…except now I have changed my mind! The bars are well worth the money for the fact that they have been so beautifully wrapped up and really do make the perfect gift.
If you are looking for an alternative way to say ‘I Love You’, ‘Congratulations’ or ‘Happy Birthday’  ..(or many more things) then you really should consider a bar of chocolate from The Chocolate Library.
