Review Of The Ultra Fashionable Girl’s Leopard Print Skater Dress From Oh Baby London

review of designer kid's dress from oh baby londonMy daughter was recently sent the most beautiful designer dress to review from Oh Baby London. It is the Leopard Print Skater Dress. I’m not normally a big fan of animal print clothing but this dress completely changed that. It looks so lovely when worn and I must say….very fashionable. The dress is a fantastic cut and as my daughter spins/dances the skirt flares out on it. It’s a really girly dress that isn’t your usual pink, flowers or in my case, polka dots. It’s nice to have something a little different in my daughter’s wardrobe.

The girl’s dress is £29.95 and it is available in sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years and 6 years.

If you are looking at the photo of this dress and thinking that it would make a fantastic gift for your child this Christmas, then No 1 – You’re right! and No 2 – don’t worry, you still have time to order it as Oh Baby London dispatch their orders in 48 hours and they say their last order date for Christmas gifts delivered by Royal Mail is December 20th before 2.30 pm. However if you think that you’d like it even sooner they can offer next day delivery. I always feel next day delivery comes into it’s own towards Christmas as you know you’ll receive your order in time for the big day.

This dress is made from a really soft 100% cotton interlock fabric. It washes really well and I’m pleased to say that so far it still remains soft after washing. The fabric is Oeko-Tex 100 standard certified which means it has been tested for harmful chemicals and none are present. You can read more about the Oeko-Tex standard here.

The dress pulls on over the head and then fastens with a little button and an elasticated loop. The thing I like most about this dress is the fact it has long sleeves as with this cold weather it’s important my daughter’s clothes keep her warm.  This dress is one of my daughter’s favourites and I’d like to say a big thanks to Hannah for sending it to us to review.  If you like the look of the dress but don’t fancy animal print then you’ll be pleased to hear it is also available in navy with a  lovely star print design.

Oh Baby London Shop. Review of skater dress

Hannah is the lady behind Oh Baby London and you can read all about her and the story behind how the business came about by clicking here.  She is a successful business owner who perfectly manages a brick lane shop, online business, designing gorgeous clothes and being a parent to two kiddies. Her shop has celebrity visitors such as Paloma Faith and she even had her Brick Lane shop featured in The Apprentice 2011.

I’ve spent ages reading through Hannah’s blog and it seems that none other than Jessie J even chose to feature ‘Oh Baby London’ kid’s clothes in her music video for ‘Who’s Laughing Now’. How happy must Hannah and the team been when they chose to do that. That is Über cool!

Oh Baby London is packed full of fabulously designed baby and kid’s clothes. Each season she launches new prints and styles and I urge you to pop over and take a look through her website. Here’s a collage of my top picks…
