I am part of the Tesco Orchard programme which means that sometimes I get discount vouchers sent to me so that I can try out products which I can buy in their store.
The most recent programme I have taken part in is all about the Tesco Free From range of foods.
I was sent a voucher to spend towards anything from their Free From range and I decided to get the Tesco Free From Kids Cereal Selection box which is £2.00. When I bought it in store there wasn’t an offer on but at the time of writing this they are on a 3 for 2 offer along with other products in the range.
I thought the packaging was very child friendly because of the cartoon characters and I thought the price point was not too bad either. There are 5 clear mini bags of cereals inside the box and each little bag works out at 40p each. If you wanted a bigger box of cereals for the family to share then you would be better off with the 300g box of Free From Honey Hoops etc – but this selection box is a great way to find out which ones you like best from the Free From range. My daughter has enjoyed all of the varieties in the box and my personal favourite was the free from choco snaps.
Neither my daughter or myself have a food intolerance or allergy so the Free From range is not one that we normally look at when we go shopping in Tesco. I have to say that I had always thought the food was going to be a bit boring and not much to choose from but I was very pleasantly surprised! There was all sorts of products available to buy – Free From cookies, Free From bread and even Free From cakes. I was pleased to see they even sell a large selection of Free From Frozen food.
