If you are thinking of booking a holiday to Cornwall then you will be so pleased you found my sponsored post today. 🙂 The reason being that I am going to be telling you all about a boutique bed and breakfast called The Grange.
The luxury accomodation is located in St Austell, Cornwall. It is ideally located in the heart of the Cornish Riviera and is just under 3 miles from the legendary Eden Project. I have never been to Cornwall but I hope to go in a couple of years time when my daughter is a little bit older. I would love to take her to Cornwall so we can visit the Eden Project. It is the largest indoor rainforest in the world and I would love for us to explore it together. As I home educate her I think it would be an amazing place to visit as it would be an educational trip but most importantly it would be fun!
The Grange is a family run boutique bed and breakfast and since opening in June 2013 it has received loads of fantastic reviews from happy visitors. You can see their reviews by visiting Trip Advisor.
I have read through all the reviews and from what has been written it seems everyone is very impressed with the friendly welcome they receive from Sally and James and ultimately they feel that they made the right decision choosing to stay at The Grange. They all feel that the bed & breakfast is clean and well maintained, that it is indeed ‘Boutique’ in style and most importantly, everyone enjoyed their stay and many say they would love to return. That has to be, without a doubt, one of the best things you can see when looking through reviews!
I must also mention that people have said they loved the cooked breakfast in the morning and they were delighted that their hosts went the extra mile and when asked, Sally and James willingly gave advice to visitors about places to visit while on holiday in Cornwall, such as restaurants to eat in, beaches to go for a stroll on and attractions to visit.
The Grange has 3 bedrooms so it is best to book up early for your summer holidays as the rooms get booked up fast due to the popularity of the B&B and the fact it is so close to prime attractions such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project.
The 3 rooms are as follows :- The Loft Suite , The Upper Deck and The Boot Room.
The most luxurious of the rooms is the Loft Suite as it features a four poster bed and a roll top bath in the en-suite bathroom. Doesn’t it sound lovely!  All rooms have free WiFi, a colour TV and tea & coffee making facilities.
The tariff for the different rooms varies depending on the time of year that you choose to stay in their seaside accommodation. As you can see in the price chart above, the cheapest time to stay is low season and the most expensive is high season. But even in the peak of summer it is still only a maximum price of £130 per night (based on 2 people sharing) to stay in The Loft Suite – and this includes breakfast.
I don’t feel this is an exorbitant price, in fact I feel it is representative of the luxury award-winning accommodation you are lucky enough to find yourself staying in. The pictures show it looks beautiful and according to the reviews people have left you can conclude that is truly is a fantastic boutique B+B to stay in.
These are some of the comments people have made…’5 star luxury in a B&B‘ , ‘…this B & B was the best B & B I have stayed in…’ and ‘…5 star comfort and service but not at a 5 star price…‘
However, If you are able to phone up to make a booking then please call The Grange directly on 01726 73351 and you will be able to get your room for 10% cheaper than the online price.
So if you are looking for Eden Project accommodation or just fancy a relaxing Cornwall holiday then you know where you can find Bed and Breakfast in St Austell ….at The Grange. 🙂
If, however, you are looking for self catering apartments in St Austell, as opposed to bed and breakfast, then you might like to look into staying in one of their 2 luxury WheelWater Apartments which are situated within the World Heritage site of Charlestown, an idyllic, unspoiled, historic port. The prices can be found here.
