Mother’s Day is fast approaching so now is the time to order your Mum’s gift so it is with you in time for Sunday March 6th. Orange Blossom Home have a wonderful selection of gifts that would be perfect for this special occasion!
Last year, I was lucky enough to be gifted a Felt ‘Box Of Chocolates’ Craft Kit from the lovely Jane Spence, owner of the business. She sent me the kit out so I could have a go at hand sewing the felt chocolates as she herself had made some and said they looked so realistic. She wasn’t wrong! So far I have made about half of the chocolates and they were rather easy to make. A bit fiddly but well worth the time spent on them. My daughter thinks they look so real and ‘delicious’. She wants to add them to her play food collection when I’ve finished sewing them all. I would have hoped I could have sewn up all the chocolates by now but I never seem to get as much time for sewing as I’d like. Maybe one day?! The quality of felt in this kit is excellent.
Here is a photo of the Felt Chocolates Sewing Kit and the chocolates I have sewn so far:-
The Felt Chocolate Sewing Kit by Artemio is no longer available but there is a fab Felt Cake Slices Kit that looks equally as fun to sew! It is £15.99 and can be bought here —> orangeblossomhome.co.uk/cake-slices-felt-sewing-kit-11-p.asp. You can see a photo of the Cake Slice set further down this blog post.
i have scoured the Orange Blossom Home website for some good Mother’s Day Gift Ideas for you and I have narrowed it down to 8 gift suggestions. I could easily have listed everything on the site though because all the things are so lovely.
The website address to visit to purchase any of these items is orangeblossomhome.co.uk. Alternatively click the product title to go straight through to that item on Jane’s web shop.
