Review Of Personalised Backpack from Name It Labels.

Personalised backpack reviewI was really pleased to be offered the opportunity to be gifted a product for review from Name It Labels as ages ago I had promised my sister-in-law I would try and get a new bag to review for my nephew as the one they had was getting too small for all the things a little boy needs to take out on day trips…toy tractors, spare clothes, books, wet wipes, toy cars…you name it – you have to make sure you have it handy when you need it!

Gillian, the owner of Name It Labels, has been ever so helpful and friendly when sorting out the review product for me.  I decided on the Personalised Backpack with my nephew’s name on it – Lucas. I could have had his surname on it as well but I thought his first name would be all he needs on the bag.

name it labelsI didn’t tell my sister-in-law about the planned review product as I wanted it to be a surprise and that it was! She was absolutely delighted with it! My nephew is nearly 2 and he thinks the bag is great! It’s a rather spacious bag as it measures H38 x W28 x D19cm. It’s not tiny back-pack size nor is it massive adult back-pack size…it is medium kid-size! 🙂 Perfect for him to use as he gets older but at the moment it is mainly Mummy that carries the bag and she doesn’t mind in the slightest and she thinks it is so cool!

She also loved that it was an ice-breaker. She recently went to a new child’s activity group and it was their first time there and she didn’t know anybody but Lucas’s new bag broke the ice! Another mum came over and said that her son was also called Lucas but his name was spelt with a K. 😀

Backpack reviewName It Labels offers the personalised backpack in 5 different designs and 6 colours! Each bag is £20 and this includes personalisation.

The backpack colours are Bright Blue, Surf Blue, Fuchsia, Lime, Orange and Red.

The backpack designs are Circle Star, Dog, Car, Flower and Est. (Established in – then lists child’s Birth year).

You can then customise the design by choosing the background colour and in some designs you can even choose the design colour – such as a red car or pink car! Decisions, Decisions, Decisions!

I went for a bright blue bag with a lime green design background with a blue car and I am over the moon with my choice. It’s a gorgeous bag that is superb quality. It is has plenty of room in it for all my nephew’s bits and bobs and the front pocket is really handy. It has padded adjustable straps and a padded grab handle.  The bag is made from durable 600D polyester and it is printed in the UK. The main compartment of the bag zips up as does the front pocket.

personalised rucksack for kidsThis bag is well worth the money as not only does it make it easy for the child to identify their own bag but it also means other children can also recognise that it isn’t their bag!

It is perfect for playgroup, pre-school, nursery or primary school. It is fun, modern and child-friendly. It can be customised to say exactly what you wish. You can have two lines of text so it might be you want the child’s name and then their class / school name. Do bear in mind that the longer the names / lines of text –  the smaller the writing

This would make a perfect back-to-school gift , birthday present or Christmas gift for any child.  The question is who gets the fun of picking the design and colours? Do you do what I did and pick for them ….. or…… do you let them have the fun of choosing their own customisation?
